Integrating various training methods for ultimate results while connecting the physical to the mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of a person are key elements of Jesse's fitness philosophy as a trainer. Jesse's clients come from a variety of backgrounds, but he specializes in working with developing and rehabilitating performers, including Tony and Grammy award winning artists. He is also a Freeletics educator and is AAPT certified as a trainer.

Focusing on proper alignment and the power of breath to connect the body with mind, Annaliese seeks to inspire individuals and build community with dynamic flows that nourish the soul while challenging the body. Through her teachings and social media, she brings raw, supportive and fun honesty into play, inviting students and followers to find empowered layers within themselves.
Annaliese is a 200hr RYTT certified yoga teacher who provides the support to make the most challenging classes accessible.

Rodrick is a Broadway veteran and Founder/CEO of Core Rhythm Fitness, a holistic personal fitness/nutrition company that is passionate about body, mind and spirit transformation. CRF specializes in shredding, defining and sculpting the body; engaging and empowering the mind; and encouraging and inspiring the spirit.
As a Certified Pilates Instructor and Fitness Trainer, Rodrick has spent 10 years seeing people's lives transform and align into becoming their best selves.

Nikki loves to stay active, and is passionate about leading her clients to become as excited about fitness as she is. She believes that core strength will promote great posture, injury prevention, and optimal health. Her approach to wellness encompasses a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach. Nikki became a PMA-certified Pilates Mat Instructor through Equinox, and is also an AADP Holistic Health Coach.
